Right of withdrawal
A reading is digital content delivered immediately. By completing a purchase you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the reading has been generated. We still honour any reasonable refund request within 7 days.
Complaints
If a reading did not arrive, arrived incomplete, or is not what you paid for, write to marting@appinara.sk with your order email. We confirm receipt and resolve or answer within 30 days.
Online dispute resolution
If we cannot settle a complaint between us, consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
