What this is
Astra is an interpretive tool for reflection. It offers thoughtful, generated readings of the natal chart computed from your birth date — and birth time and place when provided —, in light of the question you ask. By using the service you agree to use it in good faith and within the spirit described below.

Readings are written for reflection and entertainment, not as diagnosis, therapy, or psychological, legal, or financial advice. Do not make medical, legal, or investment decisions on the basis of a chart. If something in your life is causing ongoing distress, please reach out to a qualified professional — Astra is not a substitute for human care.
Your content
The details you submit remain yours. By using the service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your name, birth details and question in order to generate and deliver your reading. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we do not use it to train external models.
Payments and refunds
Single-reading purchases (€4.99) unlock the full reading for that specific chart. By completing your purchase you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(m), you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the reading is generated. As a goodwill courtesy we still honour all reasonable refund requests within 7 days — write to appinarasolutions@gmail.com. We respond within seven days.
Acceptable use
Please do not use Astra to submit content that is illegal, that could harm another person, or that is intended to abuse the service. We reserve the right to refuse or interrupt service in cases of misuse.
Availability
We work to keep the service available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may from time to time take the service down for maintenance, updates, or improvements. We will give reasonable notice where possible.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms in a way that meaningfully affects your use of the service, we will note it on this page and update the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and applicable European Union consumer protection law. If a complaint can’t be resolved between us, EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
